How long does shipping take?
Free US shipping on every order (continental US). In-stock instruments usually ship within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the box leaves. Orders are shipped from Bellingham, WA and can take up to 6 business days to arrive when using our free method. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Can I return an instrument?
Yes — hassle-free 30-day returns. Email us to start one. It is your responsibility to return the instrument back to us in the condition it was received (including covering the return shipping), and then we'll refund you the full amount of the instrument within 2–4 business days after it has arrived and been inspected.
Is the recording really the instrument I'll receive?
For Crystal Tones bowls, Grotta Sonora gongs, and Raven Sounds gongs, yes: each one is recorded individually, and the bowl or gong in the recording is the exact one that ships. Koshi chimes and Rain Pillars are standardized models, so the recording is that model's true sound.
Can you help me choose a bowl, or build a set?
Gladly. Tell us what you already have and how you play, and we'll suggest instruments that pair well. You can also try the Grotta Sonora harmonized sets or browse our Crystal Tones harmonized sets pages that include preselected harmonies. Any two Crystal Tones bowls are 10% off, three or more 15% off.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes — we ship to most countries. If we ship to your country, your shipping and duties will be calculated at checkout. Please note that due to the ever changing landscape of duties and tariffs, we cannot guarantee that there will not be additional fees outside of our control once the instruments arrive.
Can I come and hear the instruments in person?
We're in Bellingham, Washington, and the showroom is open by appointment only. If you'll be in the area, email us and we'll do our best to set up a private listening visit.
Do you offer wholesale?
We do not currently have a wholesale program for resellers, however we do have a Partner Program where we offer commissions for your referrals. You can find out information about our Partner Program HERE.
